Gentle Movement Relaxation & Meditation

This class meets every Thursday from 9-10am
Starts with 30 minute of gentle movement for strength and flexibility while releasing stored tension in the body. Followed by 10 minutes of deep relaxation techniques. These relaxation techniques prepare the mind to focus and remain calm during meditation. The class concludes with 15 minutes of guided breath awareness meditation.
