Teen Yoga is an hour long class that teaches confidence, mindfulness, strength and flexibility through breath awareness, yoga postures, flowing sequences, interactive games and guided meditation. The bodies and minds of teens are constantly shifting and growing. Yoga offers incredible tools to help still and focus the mind, quiet the emotions and energize the body. This class will consist of 45 minutes of breathing practices, movement and activity, followed by 10-15 minutes of relaxation and meditation.
Jessica Johns is a Registered Yoga Teacher, certified in Vinyasa and Yin. She is
also certified to teach kids through Yoga 4 Classrooms and Yoga in
Schools. That yoga can teach us both strength and ease, playfulness and
