30 minutes of Yoga + 15 minutes meditation
Summer activities needed?
Tween yoga is a 45 minute class of yoga and mindfulness meditation (ages 8 and up). Classes are fun and interactive. Both yoga and mindfulness meditation are amazing ways to develop physical and mental flexibility. Through the active practice of yoga and the calm of meditation, children learn invaluable ways to deal with stress, emotions and fragmented attention. The classes will include breathing practices, postures for mind and body, stories and games. Our meditations will develop awareness, attention, calm and positivity.
