This class meets every Wednesday from 8:30 - 10am

Balance your energy in this 90-minute Kundalini practice, containing and grounding your prana so that you can make mindful choices in your life. The class begins with a guided journey through the chakras, followed by a full Kundalini practice for stable vitality.  This class includes mantra, oscillating movements, breathwork and visualization of the chakras. This class is especially helpful if you are feeling ungrounded or indecisive. Please fast for a minimum of 3 hours prior to this class, and bring a yoga mat and meditation cushion/pillow. It is recommended that you enjoy dense, grounding food after your Kundalini practice.
